9 out of 10 visitors that will likely to stay and continue to read this post are newbie Search Engine Optimizers. Although, it’s my 88th blog post for this site, I am not in a place to claim as “an expert” of this field. I shall leave the judgment to my readers how “an expert” is being perceived.
However, I have been practicing SEO campaigns on my site since day one. And on this day I can personally say that I am satisfied with my work.
For beginner’s concern, SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It is a technique where you tweak a part your website’s code, provide quality and relevant content for your keywords and increasing your link popularity.
In this blog post, I am exposing the result of a case study I conducted on how to generate massive traffic to your site using StumbleUpon. I suggest you to read that post first to know what techniques and steps I took to complete the case study.

The plan is simple.
Submit as many links as I can using only one blog post from my blog.
However, StumbleUpon accepts single submission of links per user/account. So my trick is, not to create multiple users or accounts and submit a single blog post. Rather, I will create a multiple version of link pointing to one or the same article link from my blog.

This backlinking technique can be applied again and again at any time you want more links. This off page optimization actually advances your search engine ranking because search engines love forums due to each rich source of content.
There are literally thousands of forums with different topics in the internet. You can create backlinks to your site by posting into discussion or sharing information in specific areas of interest.
